Leadership and Training

Leadership skills are one of the most important skills to have in scouting, since a big amount of scouting is leading others. This troop is a boy led troop, led by both adults but also scouts themselves. As a troop, around every 6 months we hold elections for leadership positions. Other troop positions (ex. quartermaster) can be gained at any time, just talk to an adult or leader. We as a troop have many events during the year to improve your leadership skills.
